We may share information with insurers, HUB Financial, service providers, regulators, legal/compliance advisors and authorized representatives where required for legitimate business, legal or regulatory purposes.

We use physical, organizational and technological safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including approved secure storage and transmission processes.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as required for the purposes identified and to meet legal, regulatory, insurer/HUB, complaint, tax, audit or business obligations.

Privacy concerns or complaints may be directed to Solomon’s Privacy/Compliance Officer and will be reviewed under Solomon’s privacy and complaint handling procedures.
